Shipping and Return Information

We are currently processing orders within 1-2 business days of receipt.  

You will be notified by email immediately of any exceptions.  Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless express shipping is purchased.  If you need something quickly, we recommend UPS for faster and consistent transit times.  The carrier will provide an estimated arrival date which you can access with the tracking number provided for your order, usually within one day of shipment.

Spellbound Beadworks wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  We understand that sometimes returns are unavoidable.  We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy on all products, as long as the product is in salable condition.  

Did an item arrive damaged?  Please take photos of both the product and the shipping container, and do NOT discard the shipping container.  Send the photos along with the order number and any important information to help@spellboundbeadworks.com and we’ll be in touch within 24 hours.
